Terms of sale and returns
1. General conditions
Tallowmar.ee is an e-shop managed by Tallowmar OÜ, through which handmade body care products are sold. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Tallowmar OÜ reserves the right to change prices, product range and conditions without notice.
2. Ordering and payment
Orders can be placed via the website by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. The currently supported payment method is secure bank link (via Montonio). The order is considered confirmed after payment. Confirmation and invoice will be sent automatically by e-mail.
3. Delivery and Delivery
Products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery takes place within Estonia through the following service providers:

Tarneaeg Eesti-siseselt on tavaliselt 1–4 tööpäeva. Pakid saab tellida ka Läti, Leedu, Soome ja Rootsi pakiautomaatidesse või postkonorisse, the exact price and delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected service provider.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Tarbijal on õigus lepingust taganeda 14 days jooksul alates kauba kättesaamisest. Tagastatav toode peab olema unused and in original packaging.
Note: for health and hygiene reasons ei kohaldu taganemisõigus kosmeetikatoodetele, kui nende pakend on pärast kohaletoimetamist avatud ja toodet ei ole seetõttu võimalik uuesti turustada.

Vahetus
Soovi korral vahetan toote sama mudeli teise variandi vastu, kui see on laos. Vahetuse postikulu katab klient, v.a. minupoolse vea korral.
Kulud
Tagastamise kulu katab ostja, v.a. juhul, kui toode oli defektne või saadeti ekslikult..
5. Submission of Claims

FAQ
Kuidas tagastada Tallowmari toode?
Kirjuta info@tallowmar.ee, lisa tellimuse number ja põhjus. Saadan juhised ja tagastusaadressi.
Kas avatud seep või kehahooldustoode on tagastatav?
Avatud hügieenitooteid ei saa tagastada, v.a. tootmisdefekti või mittevastavuse korral.
Millal saan raha tagasi?
Raha kannan tagasi 14 päeva jooksul alates tagastatud kauba kättesaamisest.
Kuhu pöörduda, kui tekib vaidlus?
Võid pöörduda TTJA tarbijavaidluste komisjoni or EL ODR platvormi poole.
Kui kokkulepet ei sünni, võib tarbija pöörduda TTJA tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole (link ülal). Piiriüleste vaidluste korral vaata ELi Consumer Redress lehte või pöördu ECC Eesti poole.
