But the truth is that natural products behave differently than the usual sulfate- or chemical-rich variants in the store. That's why I want to share my experience with you: what to expect, how to use and which tricks have helped me the most. \ud83d\udc9b<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7da4a7d3 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7da4a7d3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ebc2f01 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ebc2f01\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\uddfc Soap, body and hair<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When washing the body<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The soap is suitable for daily use. It leaves my skin clean, but not \"creaky-dry\", as store soaps usually tend to do. Its foam is light and creamy, like a little luxury for everyday life<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83e\uddf4 I use the soap by rubbing it directly on the skin or using a washing sponge.<\/li>\n\n<li>\ud83d\udebf I always rinse thoroughly, because the soap is concentrated and a small amount already gives a rich lather.<\/li>\n\n<li>\ud83d\udca1 Tip: after being in the sun or with drier skin in winter, I tend to use body soap (nicely creamier and gentler).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When washing hair<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for my hair, I was surprised that after the first washes it was frizzy and difficult to comb - I call it <strong>for the transition period<\/strong>. This is completely normal as the hair and scalp get used to the new routine, it can last from a few washes to a few weeks. You can read more about the transition period \ud83d\udc49<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/tallowmar.ee\/en\/%f0%9f%8c%bf-milline-seep-valida\/\"> here<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What have I done to make it easier?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At first I used <strong>alternate between store-bought shampoo and homemade soap<\/strong>, so that the hair and scalp gradually get used to it.<\/li>\n\n<li>I do sometimes (at first every time) <strong>apple cider vinegar rinse<\/strong> (1-2 tablespoons of vinegar per 0.5 L of water) - it makes the hair softer and easier to comb.<\/li>\n\n<li>I wash my hair <strong>2x in a row<\/strong> with soap - the first wash removes the dirt and the second time lathers better and the result remains lighter.<\/li>\n\n<li>I give it time - the natural balance of the scalp is restored, and after a few weeks the hair was already lighter, fluffier and much healthier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 If you have dyed or particularly dry hair, I recommend starting from the ends and washing less often, this helps prevent excessive dryness.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Body butter Galloway<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Body butter is a \"little miracle jar\" for me. It is very concentrated and melts nicely on the skin with body heat. When at first I tried too much at once, the skin felt heavy, but now I know that <strong>a little is always better than too much<\/strong> and besides... you can always take more.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do I use?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I'll start <strong>fingertip lice<\/strong>, which I warm between my hands and then apply to my skin.<\/li>\n\n<li>It is especially nice to put on damp skin right after washing, I have noticed that it absorbs better that way.<\/li>\n\n<li>For dry hands, elbows or calves, I use a little more frequently.<\/li>\n\n<li>In winter it is my daily substitute for cream, in summer I prefer to use it on dry skin or after tanning (but not in case of sunburn).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Trick:<\/strong> I also use body butter <strong>for night hand and foot cream<\/strong>. Namely, I apply a thin layer before going to bed, and by morning the skin is silky soft and restored.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udf6f Face and body scrub Red Poll<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scrub is one of my favorites because it is both an exfoliator and a skin nourisher in one jar.<br \/>Sugar gently exfoliates, honey provides sweet care and beef fat leaves the skin nourished, so you don't need to use butter afterwards.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do I use?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I always take a small amount with a spatula or fingertip.<\/li>\n\n<li>I apply to damp skin and massage in circular motions.<\/li>\n\n<li>I rinse it off with warm water, the skin remains silky and soft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1 Tricks:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Before shaving:<\/strong> the exfoliator makes the skin smooth and helps prevent ingrown hairs.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Once or twice a week:<\/strong> peeling too often can irritate the skin, so it's better less often, but regularly.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Gentle movements:<\/strong> no need to rub hard - sugar and honey will do the job.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Pay attention to dry areas:<\/strong> elbows, knees and calves will especially thank you.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>No cream is needed after the shower:<\/strong> beef tallow and honey leave the skin already nourished and protected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Important to remember<\/strong><br \/>The grease in the scrub can make the floor or the soles of your feet slippery in the shower. I always use the scrub carefully, either on the bath mat or immediately rinse the floor. This way it is safe and there is no risk of slipping.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2728 Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My experience has been that the same rule applies to all three products \u2013 <strong>less is better<\/strong>. They are natural and concentrated, so small amounts are sufficient.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With soap, you have to get used to it patiently and give time to the transition period.<\/li>\n\n<li><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/tallowmar.ee\/en\/product\/galloway-naturaalne-veiserasvavoie\/\">Body butter<\/a> melts the skin with warmth and deeply cares for the skin, leaving it soft and supple.<\/li>\n\n<li><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/tallowmar.ee\/en\/product\/red-poll-looduslik-nao-ja-kehakoorija-veiserasvaga\/\">Face and body scrub<\/a> cares and exfoliates at the same time - a true 2-in-1 product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you use them consistently and in the right amounts, I believe you will experience the same as I did - simple, natural and effective care. \ud83d\udc9b<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2753 My recommendations and frequently asked questions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How often do I use soap?<\/strong> On the body daily, on the hair 1-2 times a week.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Is the body butter suitable for the face?<\/strong> I use both on my body and face daily<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>How much scrub to take?<\/strong> A small amount is enough, you can always add more if needed.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>How to store products?<\/strong> Keep dry and cool, avoid direct sunlight. Since the products are free of synthetic preservatives, always use a clean, dry hand or a spatula to apply the butter or scrub.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do you use Tallowmar products?
