Use (including for shaving)
Lather on damp skin and rinse thoroughly. When shaving, lather the soap a little longer, let the foam "work" on the skin for a few moments, shave gently, rinse and feed if necessary with Galloway body butter.

Sodium Tallowate, Sodium Ricinoleate, Aqua, Glycerin, (Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil, Limonene)
